University of Oregon cornerback Walter Thurmond, a fourth-round pick by Seattle in this year's draft, says he will be ready for training camp. Thurmond said that his rehab from his right knee surgery is going well and he expects to be ready for training camp at the end of July. Thurmond said he tore his ACL, MCL and PCL ligaments last year against Cal in September. "I'm about seven months out now," he said. "I'm running, cutting and doing all of the DB drills right now. And I've just got to strengthen may hamstrings and quads a little bit more to get that speed back." Source: USA Today
