49ers-Seahawks Week 16 Game Moved To "SNF"

The NFL announced the first big change because of flex scheduling for the season on Monday, it's a doozy.

The Week 16 matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and the Seattle Seahawks in Seattle on Dec. 23 has been moved to NBC's "Sunday Night Football". The game replaces the matchup between the New York Jets and the San Diego Chargers.

Niners-Seahawks is a game worthy of a big stage, Russell Wilson vs. Colin Kaepernick, Jim Harbaugh vs. Pete Carroll, two of the nastiest defenses in football in the toughest place to play in the league.

Oh, and the NFC West division title may be on the line.

Guess that means the Cowboys-Saints game on Dec. 23 stays put.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the Seahawks won't put up a 58 doughnut that day.
