The Ravens have reached an agreement on a two-year, $3.55 million contract with Dallas Cowboys former starting defensive end Marcus Spears, according to league sources with knowledge of the situation. The deal was finalized late Friday. Spears is a 2005 first-round draft pick from LSU, selected 20th overall by the Cowboys. He was cut this year after signing a five-year, $19.2 million contract in 2011. Spears, 30, has 226 career tackles and 10 sacks with three forced fumbles.
