The Miami Dolphins and Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez have reached an agreement that would allow the team to receive $7.5 million per year from the county from a hotel tax to renovate Sun Life Stadium, according to the Miami Herald.

The county commissioners are to convene Wednesday to approve the deal and send it to a county-wide referendum, where it would be voted upon May 14. This is a week before NFL owners are to award sites for Super Bowls L and LI. As a part of the deal, the Dolphins have agreed to give up the money in the event that Sun Life Stadium is not awarded one of those Super Bowl games.

Not to mention Ross is putting up 70% or so right off the bat, and will pay back everything he borrows with interest.
