Jaguars have been pretty bad, look at last year at week 7 the Chiefs were the worst team at they were around -12 and that was pre-adjusted ranking (so it was really more like in the the -10 range). So yea they are pretty bad, Giants have been too.

I'm sorry but no matter what formula...it's flawed when the Steelers are ranked 22...

 

Actually, i would say the jets are the team most out of line on this one. They are several spots too low.

Rams are too high. Colts are too low.

I have a feeling points scored and points allowed play a big part in this formula

 

I may move the Jets up 3? But if drop the Steelers 5 or 6.

 

nope. i see 6 teams there i would put the jets ahead of (subjectively) so i would put them at #17. ahead of rams, titans, ravens, dolphins, browns, and steelers. the jets have beaten the pats and saints over the last 3 weeks. i'm not sure how much his formula factors 'recent' games and s.o.s. though, so that may be holding them down.
