2014 NFL Salary Cap Reportedly Revealed To Be $130 Million

    The cap number is projected to be raised to $130 million in 2014, allowing teams to exceed last year's mark of $123 million.

    The jump is much larger than what many had been expecting. According to NFL.com's Kevin Patra, the projected increase was around $126.3 million.

    That will benefit the Cowboys. That should cut their figure of being over the cap to about ONLY $20 million.

    I believe this gives the Bears a little over $8 million in cap space. If that's the case, Emery better go on a little bit of a cutting spree.

    I just read on twitter that the cap will be $133 million after all.

    The Cowboys are still over the cap by like 40 million :D
