I guess the old thread is gone since I couldn't find it. Tomorrow I'm going to see Primus with Dean Ween opening at the Stone Pony. I've seen Ween a million times, but never Deaner solo. It will be my first time seeing Primus though I've watched a crap load of them live online. So stoked!
Thanks. I'm on a roll with concerts this summer. Just saw Built To Spill last month, Primus tomorrow, and Guided By Voices coming up in August.
Not much of a concert goer. The only ones I can remember going to were way back in high school. Saw Pantera and Clutch back in the day. Went to a Verve Pipe concert but I thought I was going to hook up with this chick, otherwise never would have went. Was a miserable night lol.
i have been to at least 100. back when i went to shows a lot,tickets were like 10 bucks,now a damn drink at a show costs that much.
Idk what primus is. I've been to 2 concerts my whole life. Both were green day on back to back nights. Their first 2 shows back after Billie Joe's rehab stay.
rock and roll is best seen,live and loud! you should go to a few more shows steve! some of the best times i ever had,i had at rock concerts stone cold sober!
Never heard that. But it's safe to say if I never go to a primus concert I'll be able to live with myself.
@Steve12 Seriously how have you managed this far with out us. Primus rocks Been to way way way a lot of concerts. So far this yr I'll be seeing cowboy mouth, the toadies, erasure and who knows who else.
I don't really do the concert scene that much anymore. I'll do a Pearl Jam show because they are my favorite or if an opportunity to see a classic arrives, but I think I'm over it for the most part... I like a good comedy show though.
