Gosh this could be a long list, but, it comes down to two possible starters: Adam Goldberg: Has started at every position on the offensive line for the Rams, and has been awful at every position. The only real reason I can comprehend why he's still around is that coaches buy into the "versatile" crap that is said about him, or he gives the coaches "favours". Either way, I hope Spags sees the light this offseason. (EDIT: Epic Fail on my tired brain's behalf)
