Bears rookie FS Brandon Hardin left Saturday's game with the Washington Redskins early in the third quarter on a cart with a neck injury after being down on the field for almost 10 minutes. Hardin, the Bears' third-round pick out of Oregon State, was injured making a tackle on a pass play on the first play from scrimmage of the second half. He stayed on the field until team medical officals put a stretcher under him. Hardin gave a thumbs up sign and was talking as he was taken from the field to a hospital. Anthony Walters replaced Hardin as backup free safety.
