Come on, smeags. There has been a star system in professional sports for as long as I can remember and there always will be.

 

there's no denying that but roger goodell has suspended anyone and everyone for whatever legal issues they got into and there's never been any real rhyme or reason to the lengths of the penalties.

 

It's not just Goodell. It's the same reason Vick went to prison for two years for killing dogs, while an unknown player got only 180 days for killing a teammate while driving drunk. I don't care if the victim's mom got him off the hook, he still should've spent the rest of his life in jail.
