It's so sad the M's fell one game short. That 5-game losing streak down the stretch did it for us. But the future looks promising, so we have that going for us, which is nice.

I'm rooting for the Dodgers because that's my dad's team (after the Padres) and Adrian Gonzalez is the new mexican wonder.

Maybe in the next century Cubs fans will have a team worth cheering. Since they aren't in again I guess I'm pulling for the Royals. They are down 2-1 last I saw to the A's.

Dang the Royals are up 3-2 actually.

Its an even year in the 0'tens so the Giants are basically a stone cold lock for the trophy.

The A's went full Romo last night. You never go full Romo.

(Still don't agree with 1-game playoffs in baseball...but it's just me)

Expensive victory for the Royals. Their catcher, Salvador Perez, injured his thumb in the second inning, and had to leave the game.

Just checked some sites and can't seem to find anything on this so must be minor and a day to day kind of injury.

Baseball postseason is already too long. Win your division if you don't want a one game series.

It was Soto, not Perez, that injured his thumb.
