I have a few pieces coming as we saw some stand-up comedy legends the end of last year. Here's my take on the first show, a man that goes by the name of Andrew Dice Clay... SportsChump Whirlwind Comedy Tour, Part One: Andrew Dice Clay - Sports Chump
I haven't seen Dice's standup live but he is just naturally funny. He was always great on Opie & Anthony. I watch a lot of standup on youtube & such but rarely in person these days. There is a smallish club near me that I've seen Jim Norton, Bob Kelly, Colin Quinn, Dave Landau, and others. Dice played there earlier this month but it wasn't a show that I could go to. Do you watch any comedy podcasts? I've very much into Kill Tony and Legion Of Skanks.
I'm a huge SNL fan so I listened to most of the Dana Carvey/David Spade episodes. I'll also listen to Rogan when he hosts comedians I like. I did the Smartless podcast for a while but got tired of it. I'll also listen to Conan when he has a guest on that I like. I've heard Burr a few times too. I'm always open to suggestions if you have any. I'll check out Kill Tony and Legion.
Here's Part Two of my Comedy Whirlwind Tour, boys. The night we saw Dave Chappelle. SportsChump Whirlwind Comedy Tour, Part Two: Dave Chappelle - Sports Chump
Aaaaand, Part Three of my Comedy Tour. The night we D.L. Hughley came to town. SportsChump Whirlwind Comedy Tour, Part Three: D.L. Hughley - Sports Chump
At the end of the year, we caught SNL's Marcello Hernandez at the Tampa Funny Bone. SportsChump Whirlwind Comedy Tour, Part Four: Marcello Hernandez - Sports Chump
