John Thompson, the Cleveland Browns fan who goes by the name "Big Dawg," was arrested Monday night for drunken driving and other traffic offenses, police said. Thompson was arrested at 9:49 p.m. after his vehicle was seen weaving on Lorain Avenue at West 128th Street and did not have the headlights on, police said.
