Vernon Davis has passed all of his post-concussion tests and will play in today's finale against the Cardinals. Justin Smith, as expected, is inactive for the second straight game. Backup defensive end Will Tukuafu also is inactive. The team promoted defensive end Tony Jerod-Eddie from the practice squad last week and he is in uniform today (No. 63).
