The 49ers compensated for the losses of receiver Kyle Williams and running back Kendall Hunter with a little more Ted Ginn and Brandon Jacobs. Now, receiver Mario Manningham's status is uncertain after sustaining a shoulder injury that forced him out of action in the fourth quarter of the 49ers' 16-13 overtime loss to St. Louis Rams. "We won't know right away in terms of how that will affect him next week," 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh said. Manningham has been nursing a right shoulder injury since originally being injured Oct. 14 against the New York Giants. He missed one game due to the injury. Source: C
