Running back Armando Allen has been tendered an offer as an exclusive rights free agent, according to an NFL source. The one-year offer puts Allen in position to earn $480,000 in 2013. Allen was fourth on the team in rushing last season, gaining 124 yards on 27 carries, including a 46-yard touchdown in the closing minutes of the 41-3 victory at Jacksonville on Oct. 7. Allen also made two receptions for 16 yards and he was credited with seven tackles on special teams, tying for sixth on the roster.
