The Chicago Bears made another move Thursday to replace injured long snapper Patrick Mannelly, signing Chris Massey to a one-year contract and waiving Jake Laptad. Laptad had been signed earlier in the week after Mannelly was lost to a season-ending knee injury in Sunday's win over the San Diego Chargers.
