The Cincinnati Bengals officially announced the re-signing of offensive tackle Dennis Roland. Roland has spent the last four seasons with the Bengals, beginning first with a practice squad stint in 2008 before starting 27 of 48 games over the last three seasons, mostly during the 2009-2010 seasons where he played between 60 and 70 percent of the team's offensive snaps. Last season, Roland started just three games and played in less than 10 percent of the plays. The 6-foot-10, 325-pound Roland improves the Bengals' depth at the tackle position and will likely open the off-season program as the No. 2 right tackle behind Andre Smith, who will be an unrestricted free agent in 2013.
