The Buffalo Bills have officially ruled defensive end Chris Kelsay out for Thursday night's home game against the Miami Dolphins.

Kelsay, who was injured in a practice leading up to last weekend's loss to the New England Patriots, will now miss his second straight game with what is being reported as a neck injury. Kyle Moore will get the start at defensive end alongside Mario Williams; that duo each played nearly 90 percent of the team's snaps in Foxborough, with backup Shawne Merriman rotating in only sparingly.

Buffalo has now ruled four key players out of the key AFC East game with Kelsay shelved; three starters - running back Fred Jackson (concussion), defensive end Mark Anderson (knee) and cornerback Aaron Williams (knee) - will all miss the game as well.
