The Buffalo Bills' new coaching staff has brought some of their college "rah rah" approach to the NFL.

"We came out doing special teams, and I thought the roof was falling in, the way we were yelling. It was crazy," Mario Williams told the Buffalo News.

Offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett reportedly gave out "leaping hip bumps" after successful plays. Which almost sounds a little dangerous. It's safe to say twinky Jauron and Chan Gailey would not approve.

"There's a huge difference," Fred Jackson said. "You don't want to take anything away from that coaching staff last year, but these coaches want us to be excited."

"You sometimes get coaches who don't want that. They want you to act like you've been there before. This coaching staff is about loving to play this game and want our guys to have fun. We only get to play this game for so long in our lives. You should enjoy it," Jackson said.
