The Buffalo Bills announced the signing of free agent defensive end Sean Ferguson on Wednesday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Ferguson participated in the team's rookie mini-camp in May. The 6-foot-3, 248-pounder started 28 of his 49 games at Mississippi State and finished his career with 101 tackles, including 17 for a loss. The Bills also placed tight end Mike Caussin on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform list and released defensive end Lionel Dotson. Source: Rochester Democrat & Chronicle
