Buffalo Bills wide receiver Marcus Easley said Wednesday that he has been cleared to return from the heart condition that sidelined him this season. Easley, according to the Buffalo News, is free to resume his professional football career next season. The 2010 fourth-round pick missed his rookie season with a knee injury and lost this season when the heart ailment was discovered. "When it first came about it was so random, it came out of nowhere," Easley said. "I've been cleared to play again. Everything's positive and I'll be back."
