Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli says forward Patrice Bergeron was discharged from a Chicago hospital and flew home with the team Sunday morning. Bergeron was injured in the second period of Saturday night's 3-1 loss to the Blackhawks in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup finals. Chicago leads the series 3-2 heading into Game 6 in Boston on Monday night. Bruins coach Clade Julien said later Sunday that Bergeron is day to day with a "body" injury. The Bruins have not disclosed any further details on Bergeron's injury. Bergeron, who has nine goals and six assists this postseason, appeared to be skating gingerly during a brief final shift before returning to the Bruins' bench. He was on the ice for 6 minutes, 6 seconds in total, including nine shifts in the first period and just two in the second. Source: ESPN Boston
