Broncos middle linebacker Joe Mays hobbled out of the Dove Valley headquarters on crutches Friday. He will have surgery Tuesday to repair his broken left fibula. The break is near his left ankle. The good news for Mays is he did not suffer any ligament damage around the ankle. He should be fully recovered by the start of offseason workouts in May. Source: Denver Post
