With the mandatory minicamp coming up in 11 days, the Broncos have been trying to get contracts done with defensive tackle Ty Warren and kicker Matt Prater. The Broncos have made progress in recent days with Prater on a five-year deal. The team tendered him a 2012 salary of $2.6 million through the franchise tag and both sides hope a long-term deal is reached in time for Prater to join the Broncos at their mandatory minicamp June 12-14. Warren is in a different situation after collecting $4 million from the Broncos in 2011 and $3.16 million from New England in 2010 even though he didn't play a snap either season because of separate injuries. Warren, 31, was scheduled to make $4 million again this year, but the Broncos want him to play for a reduced rate of between $1 million and $1.5 million.
