The Tampa Bay Buccaneers re-signed cornerback Brandon McDonald on Wednesday. McDonald, 27, played in 13 games for the Detroit Lions last season. The Bucs had released him last month. A fifth-round draft pick of the Cleveland Browns in 2007, McDonald has recorded 192 tackles and eight interceptions in 69 career games, including 29 starts. To make room for McDonald, the Bucs waived offensive lineman Derek Hardman. Source: The Sports Network
