Current New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez has been meeting in Florida with former Jets and Miami Dolphins quarterback Chad Pennington in an effort to learn the Jets new offense, says ESPN.com. Pennington apparently brought one of his old Dolphins playbooks to work with Sanchez. Pennington is well versed in new Jets offensive coordinator Tony Sparano's offense from his days in that system when Sparano was the Dolphins head coach. Under the new collective bargaining agreement, Sanchez and Sparano can't meet to talk football until off-season work begins next month. Also, the report says the Jets could be interested in current Dolphins, and soon-to-be free agent QB, Chad Henne because of his familiarity wtih Sparano's playbook.
