The Chargers have agreed to a four-year contract with veteran long snapper Mike Windt, a source said Saturday morning. Windt is entering his fourth year on the team and is snapping again after a broken hand ended his season in Week 11. Windt suffered the injury Nov. 18 against the Broncos. He finished the game. Days later, punter Mike Scifres said that, in his mind, Windt is becoming "one of the best snappers in the game." "Just understanding the game.
