Cornerback Chris Carr is "San Diego bound," the veteran announced Monday on Twitter. He had a strong workout with the Chargers on Sept. 18. Carr's agent Buddy Baker confirmed Carr will sign with the team this week. The Chargers dressed only three cornerbacks Sunday against the Chiefs.
