The Colts concluded the last of its off-field business Wednesday by agreeing to terms with rookie tight end Coby Fleener, Mike Chappell of the Indianapolis Star reports. Fleener used his Twitter account to announce resolution of his contract. “I am happy to announce the @NFLColts and I have agreed to a contract! #gocolts,’’ he tweeted. Specific financial details were not immediately available, but the NFL’s rookie wage scale had set the parameters for Fleener, the Colts’ second-round draft pick.
