The Indianapolis Colts are keeping a vertical passing offense for second-year quarterback Andrew Luck and are interested in adding a speedy veteran target. ESPN reports the team is bringing in recently released former Raiders wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey for a visit. The Colts play on a fast track at Lucas Oil Stadium, and offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton is maintaining the attack mode of predecessor Bruce Arians. The Colts have Reggie Wayne still as their No. 1, and T.Y. Hilton showed great speed as a rookie playmaker for Luck last season. There is an opening in their wideout corps, however, with Donnie Avery leaving for the Chiefs. Heyward-Bey would be a good replacement in that role with his starting experience. Source: Sporting News
