Colts tight end Mike McNeill was moved today from the practice squad to the active roster as the team announced it has waived offensive tackle Mike Tepper. McNeill, 6-4, 235 pounds, was signed by the Colts as an undrafted free agent on July 29, the Colts said in a news release. He made his NFL debut in the season opener at Houston on Sept. 11 and has seen action in two other contests. Tepper competed in six games with four starts on the offensive line this season. He made his NFL debut at Tampa Bay on October 3 and made his first career start at Tennessee on October 30. Source: Indianapolis Star
