Georgia might be without cornerback and punt returner Branden Smith for Saturdayâ€™s game against Arkansas. Smith did not practice Wednesday because of what coach Mark Richt called â€œconcussion-like symptoms.â€ â€œHe actually got knocked out of bounds at yesterdayâ€™s practice and had a contact-related headache,â€ Richt said Wednesday night. â€œIâ€™m not even sure on his status [for Saturday], to be honest with you.â€ If Smith doesnâ€™t play, Carlton Thomas and Logan Gray â€œwould be the top two candidatesâ€ to return punts, Richt said.
