The Cowboys have restructured the contract of backup quarterback Kyle Orton to free up enough space to officially sign free agent linebacker Justin Durant to a two-year deal, according to a source. Orton was a part of the Cowboys’ big free agent haul last off-season. Orton will be entering the second year of a three-year, $10.5 million contract that included a $5 million signing bonus. Kyle Wilber and Alex Albright are expected to compete for the Cowboys’ starting strong-side linebacker position along with Durant. Source: Dallas Morning News
