The Cowboys announced they have parted ways with kicker David Buehler in a move that will save the club about $1.6 million on the 2012 salary cap. Buehler, who suffered both hip and groin injuries last year, only played in four games last season. He was placed on injured reserve on Nov. 10 and underwent hip surgery before the end of the regular season. Buehler was drafted in the fifth round in the 2009 NFL Draft. Source: The Redzone
