Defensive tackle Randy Starks, already upset because he’s not starting, appeared to give the middle finger to the coaching staff after a sack in the fourth quarter. A fine could be coming. Starks believes he’s not starting because he sat out OTAs (Organized Team Activities) while protesting the fact he didn’t get a multi-year contract extension. The Dolphins use a three-man rotation that includes Starks, Paul Soliai and Jared Odrick. Starks, a two-time Pro Bowl selection who signed a one-year $8.45 million contract tender after being designated as the Dolphins' franchise player, said during the preseason: "I've been there before.
