Free safety Chris Clemons and rookie H-back Charles Clay are both inactive today for the Miami Dolphins, who host the Houston Texans here at 4:15 p.m. In addition to Clemons and Clay, receiver Roberto Wallace, linebacker Ikaika Alama-Francis, offensive lineman Ryan Cook, defensive lineman Tony McDaniel and tight end Will Yeatman are also inactive for the Dolphins. Lex Hilliard will start at fullback in place of the injured Clay, who has been battling a hamstring issue.
