SI’s Peter Kingwrites in Monday Morning Quarterback column that he believes that the Miami Dolphins will offer Peyton Manning more guaranteed money than the Redskins. At this point in time, it appears that the Redskins have shifted their focus to trading up for Robert Griffin III but several reports have mentioned that Washington will make a run at Manning should he become available. Kings writes that, Dolphins owner Stephen Ross will not be out-bid for Manning’s services despite recent reports that suggested that there could be a power between new head coach Joe Philbin and Manning for control over the team’s offense. The Colts will have to make a decision regarding Manning’s future by Thursday so that figures to be the biggest story of the next few days. Source: SI.com
