The Philadelphia eagles have declared QB Mike Kafka, OT Winston Justice, OG Julian Vandervelde, DE Juqua Parker, DE Phillip Hunt, CB Curtis Marsh and S Jarrad Page inactive for their Monday Night Football matchup against the Chicago Bears. Parker is injured. Kafka is the Eagles' third-stringer behind Michael Vick and Vince Young. Hunt is a healthy scratch this week with Brandon Graham returning from PUP.
