It all comes down to Sunday Night Football.

If the Eagles beat the Cowboys on Sunday, then they will win the NFC East. It is as simple as that. However, many fans and pundits did not think this game would decide anything more than a top 10 draft pick for Philadelphia. Oh, how it feels to be wrong!

Chip Kelly has taken this team from a joke to a contender in less than a calendar year. The Eagles are set to smash several team and league records in just the first season of the Kelly regime. With the playoffs on the line, Kelly make an even bigger statement on Sunday.

Skepticism has followed and surrounded Kelly, defensive coordinator Billy Davis and quarterback Nick Foles all season. In Week 17, those three men and their team will attempt to prove they deserve praise not pessimism.

    • DeSean Jackson and McCoy are the first receiving-rushing duo to both pass 1,300 yards in their respective categories.
    • Jackson needs 106 receiving yards against the Cowboys to pass Mike Quick for the team's season receiving yards record (1,409 yards, 1983).
    • The Eagles only need 21 points to set a new franchise record for points in a season. The team also needs five plays of 20 yards or more to set the NFL record in that category.
    • If the Eagles surpass 400 total yards against the Cowboys, they will be only the third team in NFL history post 13 games of 400 or more yards in a season.
    • Foles needs to stay at 9.0 yards per attempt to set the Eagles record for that category. He will end the season with the highest passer rating in franchise history, barring 15 interceptions with no touchdowns against the Cowboys.
