An independent arbitrator ruled in favor of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a salary grievance filed by cornerback Eric Wright. Wright filed the grievance against the team last week seeking to retain the guarantee on his $7.75 million 2013 salary. Arbitrator Shyam Das ruled the Bucs have the right to void the guarantee. Tampa Bay sought to void the guarantee on Wright's 2013 salary after he tested positive for a banned substance, drawing a four-game league suspension for violating the league's policy on performance enhancing substances. Wright said he took Adderall, which is banned without a league-approved prescription. Source: Tampa Tribune
