Former Thrashers coach Bob Hartley is in discussions with Avangard Omsk, a Russian team in the KHL, to be their next head coach. It's the same Russian team that lured Jaromir Jagr away from the NHL and also has top Rangers prospect Alexei Cherepanov and former NHL goalie John Grahame.

That is their right to sign players without a contract ! I know the Radulov situation was strange. If I could earn 5 mill. bucks in the KHL , i would play there :icon_wink: :icon_cheesygrin:

What the KHL is doing is nothing compared to what the NHL do to all the other European leagues over the years.
