Falcons coach Mike Smith spoke about former quarterback Michael Vick's signing with Philadelphia, but did not make players available after practice on Friday. "I wish Michael Vick well," Smith said. "I'm very, very happy for Michael Vick and his family, that they are able to turn a page and start a new chapter in his life. That's what he's going to do and he's going to do that with the Philadelphia Eagles." The team listed on it's public relations Web site that "coach Smith and players [would be] available on the field following the first practice."
