The Atlanta Falcons have re-signed cornerback Brian Williams to a one-year contract but that doesn’t mean the team will not be in pursuit of Dunta Robinson when free agency kicks off tonight. Williams was picked up after the Jacksonville Jaguars released him in final cuts, and he quickly became a starter in the secondary for the Falcons, who have had a revolving door of sorts the last few seasons. He started five games before suffering a torn ACL in a victory over the Chicago Bears on Oct. 20, the plan is for him to be ready at the start of training camp.
