Giants running back Andre Brown, who leads the team with eight rushing touchdowns this season, broke his fibula in the fourth quarter of Sunday night's 38-10 victory over the Green Bay Packers. The loss of Brown is a tough one for a Giants team that ran for 147 yards against Green Bay and has been using Brown in tandem with starter Ahmad Bradshaw as well as at the goal line.

Giants coach Tom Coughlin said the news on Brown took something away from the victory, and upon learning the news Bradshaw sought out rookie running back David Wilson to tell him, "It's your turn now." Presumably, Wilson will now get more looks in the run game, where he's been the clear No. 3 behind Bradshaw and Brown all season.

"It's going to be a tough loss," Giants quarterback Eli Manning said. "He's an important player for us. But Ahmad's been running well, and we're going to have to get the rookie tuned up and ready to go."

Brown rushed for 385 yards on 73 carries this season for the Giants.
