The left knee that hampered him late last season is fully healed, and the right foot injury he suffered last preseason is a distant memory. But that doesn’t mean that Hakeem Nicks was working hard when he hit the practice field last week for the Giants’ first week of voluntary workouts. No, after years of little injuries and rushed recoveries, the Giants No. 1 wideout said he is handling his return from last season’s maladies differently.
