GridironFans Is Looking For Some New Moderators

VIP status is reached by posting 500 posts. We have had some bad experiences as well, between inactive moderators, people who just didn't get our motto and dramatic people who ended up melting down. We want to limit that to ensure members feel good with who is in place.

Who is eligible then at 6 months membership?

 

I did amend my first post regarding the requirements. I added this:

Some things I will take into consideration are previous experience, activity on the site prior to 6 months and other factors. These will be considered on case to case basis between myself and the applicant.

You have to also be a member of the site for 6 months, not 6 days!

 

I am willing to make exceptions to the requirements....but a couple days is really pushing it. Just have to call it as I see it. I have to look out for the best interests of the site and the members.
