The league announced Friday that Jaguars safety Dawan Landry was fined $21,000 for hitting “a defenseless player in the head and neck area,†against Houston. The hit came on Texans tight end Garrett Graham after a 19-yard reception in the fourth quarter. This was Landry’s second fine in as many games.
