The league announced Friday that Jaguars safety Dawan Landry was fined $21,000 for hitting “a defenseless player in the head and neck area,â€￾ against Houston.

The hit came on Texans tight end Garrett Graham after a 19-yard reception in the fourth quarter.

This was Landry’s second fine in as many games. He was $10,000 for his hit on Colts quarterback Andrew Luck in the Nov. 8 game.
