New York Jets rookie quarterback Mark Sanchez threw 3 interceptions; one returned 99 yards for a touchdown. He also was sacked and fumbled in the end zone giving the Saints another touchdown. Sanchez stood up and took the blame in the post game press conference, "It was all on me" he said, "the team played well enough to win and I didn't do my job".

Good job. Doesn't make up for making dumb throws but good job anyway.

well, it wasn't necessarily the stats. he was telegraphing passes and holding the ball way too long all day. it was a bad game for him but it's not the end of his career. keep in mind it was only his 4th game in the nfl.
