Greg Aiello, the NFL Senior Vice President of Public Relations, announced in a tweet today that the league expects the Jan. 31 Pro Bowl at Sun Life Stadium to be a sellout. Aiello made clear in a follow-up e-mail that the game hasn't sold out yet, but that it's close enough that the league is comfortable in predicting a full house, Aiello said there are approximately 3,000 tickets remaining. Aiello also said that the anticipated crowd of 68,000 would be the largest for a Pro Bowl since January 1959, when 72,250 attended the game, which was played that year in Los Angeles.
